You realize that different generations have different tastes, preferences and expectations. From technology, to clothes to restaurants smart marketers segment their audience and appeal based on their unique expectations. It also turns our that each generation consumes different types of online content.

Millennials (1981-1997), Generation X (1965-1980), and Baby Boomers (1946-1964) were part of a 1200 person survey. The work was done by BuzzStream and Fractl with the intent to get a better idea of the habits of each group. The results are reflected in the infographic below.
