And they’re changing on a daily basis. Somewhere lost in all of these possibilities is Your Marketing. How can you locate it in such a crowded field? What does it look like? How big is it? I’ve heard that some people sleep with their device, and may even take them into the bathroom with them! This is definitely not your mother’s marketing. Can you imagine what would happen if Your Marketing got caught up in such activities?
And what a cast of characters. Some of the younger ones have names like Groupon, Yelp, and Foursquare. They’re even offering discounts to people for using them. Some allow people to say exactly where they are when they “check-in” locally or meet-up offline. Some of these same people could show up at your restaurant, retail location, or your place of business. They’ll even show-up at your church, mosque or school because of “social media strategies.” Even the President of the United States is doing it. In this type of consumer driven world, you’ve got to find Your Marketing fast or it could be lost forever! Or worse, imagine if one of your competitors finds it before you do. Just imagine what they could do with Your Marketing!
